What this site is, what it is not, and what it can reasonably be relied on for.
What this site is
A publication. AIOCoordination explains how care follow-through works: how a plan becomes tasks, how those tasks get ordered and owned, and why plans stop moving. It is published by Digilu.
What this site is not
- Not advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or insurance advice. It is a description of how a process works.
- Not an eligibility decision. We do not determine whether anybody qualifies for any program or benefit. The organisation that runs a program makes that determination, and it is the authority on its own rules.
- Not a government agency. We are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any state, county or local agency.
- Not a guarantee. Nothing described here makes an application more likely to be approved.
Accuracy, and its limits
Program rules, funding, waiting lists and contact details change constantly and often without notice. Anything published here was accurate when it was checked and carries the date it was checked. That date is a statement about our knowledge, not a promise about the world since.
Always confirm anything that matters with the organisation running the program before relying on it. Where this site and an official source disagree, the official source is correct.
If you find something here that is wrong, please tell us at corrections@aiocoordination.com. We correct things and we do not quietly delete them.
Links to other organisations
Where we link to an agency, a nonprofit or another service, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for what it says or does. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
The email list
Subscribing means we send you what we publish. You can stop it at any time from any message. We may stop publishing, and if we do we will say so rather than going quiet.
Using what is written here
Read it, quote it, and cite it. If you are quoting a definition or an explanation, please link to the page you took it from so a reader can see the date it was reviewed.
The words and design are ours. Please do not republish whole pages as though they were yours.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Digilu is not liable for loss arising from a decision made in reliance on it. That is the standard limit for a publication, and it is the reason the paragraph about confirming things with the organisation running the program is not boilerplate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

The part that does not end
One plan finishes. The driving, the meals and the appointments do not.
Follow-through closes out a single plan and then stops, on purpose. The ongoing work of a family sharing care is a different job: who is taking him on Thursday, who is picking up dinner, who is quietly doing all of it. That is what Family Observatory is for.
